Currently under construction, we are converting the existing 50,000 sq. ft. building to a climate controlled self storage facility and constructing an additional 14,000 sq. ft. of non-climate controlled self storage spaces, as well as outdoor storage for automobiles, RVs and boats.  The project will feature a live-in manager apartment, 24 hour security cameras, electronic gates, and abundant landscaping setbacks from both commercial and residential neighbors.

East Sac Self Storage

Originally the Health and Welfare data center for the State of California, this fully renovated 75,000 sq. ft building on 1.949 acres has been converted to a state of the art self storage facility.  All units are climate controlled, individually alarmed, and fire sprinklered.  A special feature of this project is our wine storage room which is cooled to 54 degrees, maintains a humidity of 60-70%, and offers individually alarmed lockers with 24 hour access.  The project features a beautiful brick façade, 24 hour security cameras, electronic gates, a freight elevator, two loading docks, and a 1950’s themed Leasing Office.  In addition, we also have some spaces available for exterior automobile, RV, and boat storage.

Dixon Mini Storage & Splash Zone Car Wash

Built in 1976, the storage facility consists of six single-story self-storage buildings totaling 34,252 square feet divided into 283 units. In addition there are 139 uncovered vehicle/RV storage spaces. A farmhouse constructed before 1903 serves as the on-site manager’s residence.
The carwash was constructed in 2007 and offers four self-service bays: two for autos and trucks, two for RV’s-one RV bay with a catwalk. The facility also offers self-serve vacuums, carpet shampooers, and hand held air-dryers in each wash bay.
