Notable Tenants:
Payless Shoe Source, Subway, GameStop, and Coldstone Creamery.

One of the first projects in the Northeast Quadrant Specific Plan, this retail project sits at the entry corner to the Wal-Mart Super Center project. Architecture features towers, articulation and covered retail walkways, and welcoming pedestrian access paths to the center.
