Randy Bacchus

This Certified Property Manager has been involved in real estate management since 1987.  He has experience involving both commercial and multi family properties throughout Northern and Southern California.  Randy has extensive experience in tenant and investor relations, leasing, project budget preparation, project maintenance, and construction management dealing with both project development and tenant improvement work. 

Prior to joining Potter-Taylor & Co. in 1993, Randy managed properties in the Sacramento area for the Cook Company and Johnstown Management.  Randy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
