Deborah Fender

Deborah Fender, Property Manager, has been with Potter-Taylor & Co. since 1990. Deborah handles the daily management responsibilities for approximately 310,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail space. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate management and development working with companies such as A.G. Spanos Construction and Robertson Properties out of Stockton, California. She has had previous experience in managing residential communities of up to 600 units, and is also a licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent.
