Timothy J. Taylor is President of Potter-Taylor & Co., a commercial property management and brokerage firm, and Vice President of Taylor Properties Development Co., a commercial real estate development company. He has been involved in retail real estate since 1978. Tim’s real estate experience includes that of retail sales and leasing specialist with the Sacramento office of Grubb & Ellis from 1981 through 1986, and is currently a broker for Potter-Taylor & Co. Tim oversees all aspects of construction management (over $150 million worth of construction contracts to date), financial modeling (including: Conceptual Estimate, Design Development Estimate, and Construction Documents Estimate) and financing for both companies’ projects. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and the Sacramento Board of Realtors (SBOR).
Timothy Taylor, his wife Kerry and their children Jesse, Patrick, Katie, Zoey, Phoebe and Eliot make Carmichael their home. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a real estate brokers’ license from the State of California. Tim has been active in 20/30 Club of Sacramento #1, Family Service Agency of Sacramento, and the Rotary Club of Sacramento.
