We have building permits at last and construction is moving forward at a quickened pace. At this time the site work contractor is making the various ADA modifications as required by the City of Sacramento and improving the ingress and egress out onto 34th Street. The partitioning subcontractor has installed about 90% of the partitions in the units on the second floor, with the remaining partitioning components being delivered on Monday (11/14) for continued installation of these pieces. The manager’s office is well under way and is hoped to be completed within the next two weeks. At this point in time we are targeting for an opening of December 15, 2011, more to come on that. Lastly we have hired a manager for the units for the project. Kimberly (Kim) Cullen is relocating from Southern California and will start on December 1st.
